  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing at least 15 days before the next billing cycle.

Event Planning Services

  • Event planning services require a 50% non-refundable deposit to confirm your booking.

  • The final balance is due seven (7) days prior to your event date.

  • Elevated Solutions Agency is not responsible for unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays, vendor cancellations, or force majeure events that are beyond our control.

  • We will make every reasonable effort to ensure your event proceeds smoothly, coordinating alternative solutions when necessary.
