From the beginning of my planning Malaika made my trip one of ease, comfort, excitement, and sheer joy. This was my first solo trip to South America. I was a bit nervous but to tell you the truth she put my mind at ease. Her constant communication and availability was everything to me. I had my entire itinerary set. She gave me options and ideas after I did a little survey of the things I enjoy doing. My week was exceptional. From the moment I walked out of the airport I was taken care of. I had a driver for every excursion or dinner. I mean all I had to do each day was be dressed and walk out of my hotel and I was off to adventure. Seriously! It was so easy. That made me feel safe and at ease especially because I only speak English and didn’t really know how to navigate in this place. Malaika made it stress free. I only had a small issue at the beach club and she took care of it immediately! I truly felt like a VIP. Malaika’s services, professionalism and knowledge has been top notch. I would use her for any vacation planning in the US or abroad. I cannot explain how light she made this experience for me. I met great people, ate delicious food, had new and wonderful experiences all because of Malaika. Thank you so much for making my solo South America trip possible!
