All digital product sales are final.
Once your product has been downloaded for the first time, it is considered non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Because digital files are accessible immediately after purchase, we’re unable to offer refunds or credits once a download has occurred.

Administrative Services

Administrative support services are billed in advance of the service period.

  • Services are billed monthly.

  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing at least 15 days prior to your next billing date to avoid future charges.

  • Payments already processed are non-refundable once services have begun.

This ensures uninterrupted support and transparency in scheduling and service management.


Event Planning Services

Event planning services require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your date.

  • Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances, as they cover initial coordination, vendor communication, and booking management.

  • The final balance is due 7 days prior to the event date.

  • Failure to submit the final balance on time may result in service delays or cancellation.
